Proposal of production technology for a machine part using a drilling jig
Havránek, Pavel ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Chladil, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to characterize the selected component, to evaluate the technological design. Further the drilling jig is designed and economical assessment is done. The first part of the thesis deals with the technological assessment of the production of drilling parts and structures. This is followed by familiarization with the technologies used in drilling and component manufacturing. Next sections summarize the rules for the construction of the products and their division. Conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the economic assessment.
Production of prototype clamping mandrel
Jaroš, Lubomír ; Varhaník, Matúš (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the drill jig assembly and production of the selected part. The thesis consists of analysis of the drill jig assembly, design of several variants of the selected part, compilation of manufacturing process for the selected part and prototype production.
A drilling jig for beekeeping frames
Mrkvica, Jan ; Dvořáková, Jana (referee) ; Dvořák, Jaromír (advisor)
Submitted bachelor thesis deals with drilling jig for beekeepering frames and consists of three main parts. In the first part is described the definition of jigs and their basic distribution. After that are explain basic principles of drilling and distribution of borers. In the second part is analyzed availability of drilling jigs on the market. The third, practital part, deals with design and construction of a drilling jig for beekeeping frames, with emphasis on the simplicity of production without the use of special tools. The whole jig was designed in 3D CAD software Solidworks and then physically assembled. Price calculation for the production of the jig is also included in this thesis.
